Indianhead Golf Club was originally built in 1990.

This 18-hole, 160 acre course is a true golf destination of Nebraska. This challenging yet relaxing course provides just a few reasons to visit.

Along with this superb course, Indianhead offers a state-of-the-art practice and teaching facility with a world-class golf shop that is always fully stocked. Amenities such as club rental, club fittings, re-gripping, lessons by our head professional and more. Our facility is open to the public year-round, weather permitting. The course includes golf cart rental, pull cart rental, driving and chipping range, as well as a chipping area and practice bunker. We do ask that cut offs are not worn on the course. Course tee times are permitted 7 days in advance.

The Club is very proud of its Golf Course team led by Thomas Jeffers, our head Golf Pro, who is a graduate of the University of Kearney. Tom leads his team with fun, passionate work that makes time spent here enjoyable.

Our one of a kind Superintendent, Kipp Smith, is winner of the Superintendent Of The Year in the state of Nebraska. Kipp and his team are passionate in their resolve to make sure that the course conditions are impressive and enjoyable every day.

Our challenging Grand Island golf course is open to the public. The dogleg fairways are quite difficult on this course, but some are wide open. Our golf course has some young trees lining its fairways. The average-sized greens feature some undulation. The signature hole is #14, a 165-yard, par 3, requiring a tee shot over water to a horseshoe island green surrounded by the J. Frank Powl Lake. There is also water that comes into play on holes #6 and #7, both par 4′s.
